The hand made to order nature of our items requires time. Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch, and according time for delivery. 

Returns and exchanges are of course welcome. Our attention to detail and quality control should mean that instances should be rare, if ever! Given the value, and the nature of the material, the postage costs of jackets are relatively high we do ask that special attention is given to sizing when ordering. Please note, all postage costs (including returns) are to be covered by the buyer, returns must come within one month, and be sent via recorded delivery.
